Podcast was nice to listen to, Jeff. I’m a reader, though, so I wouldn’t argue strongly for you to put tons of effort into this.
The tension of having a kaizen culture with actually implementing the change is huge…actually central to many things we need to do. You identified the issue well and cogently. thank you!
